Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor (Contract)

Your tasks

• Support commercial and contractual management activities throughout project execution.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project cost and budget reports.
• Monitor project expenditure and support cost control activities against approved budgets.
• Identify and support the resolution of commercial and contractual issues arising during project execution.
• Administer contracts and maintain accurate contractual and commercial documentation.
• Review project requirements and ensure relevant parties understand their contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with internal project teams, clients, contractors and other stakeholders on commercial matters.
• Support the preparation and review of relevant cost, contract and project documentation.
• Maintain proper records and documentation to support effective project commercial management.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Sciences, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Approximately 3–4 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience within the engineering or construction industry.
• Experience in cost management, budgeting, commercial management and contract administration.
• Good understanding of contractual and commercial requirements within engineering/construction projects.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with good attention to detail.
• Able to interpret project and contractual documentation effectively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Able to work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Candidates will be considered at the appropriate level based on their relevant experience and project exposure.
