Composite Technician

A Composite Technician role involving the performance and supervision of composite manufacturing and repair processes. Key responsibilities Perform and supervise vacuum bagging

Perform and supervise metal to metal bonding

Perform and supervise wet and dry lay-up of composite materials

Perform and supervise honeycomb machining

Perform basic assembly work

Operate curing oven

Use heat con for local bonding process

Schedule repair process to meet job delivery

Perform basic troubleshooting in composite work

Clear Work Package upon job completion

About you Able to work independently

Able to perform basic troubleshooting in composite work

Able to read simple blue prints, routing and repair sketches

Able to schedule repair process to meet job delivery

Ensure work is carried out according to Repair Schemes / Routing

Ensure high quality of work output

Ensure a safe environment with 5S on workshop

Good work attitude and a team player

Demonstrate good personal responsibility
