Responsibilities and duties

• Act as a specialist teacher in Ensino Fundamental - Anos Finais, Ensino Médio, and Militares;
• Plan and conduct dynamic classes, stimulating student protagonism and development;
• Act with a focus on academic excellence, contributing to a consistent and high-performance learning culture;
• Produce assessments aligned with pedagogical objectives and the network's guidelines;
• Monitor student development, identifying opportunities for reinforcement, guidance, and learning encouragement;
• Participate in pedagogical meetings, training sessions, and institutional events;
• Collaborate with colleagues, strengthening a positive school environment of exchange and cooperation.

Requirements and qualifications

Mandatory:

• Complete Licenciatura in the field of expertise;
• Knowledge of the curricular components in Ensino Fundamental - Anos Finais, Ensino Médio, and Militares;
• Alignment with Elite's pedagogical pillars: Excelência acadêmica, Cultura de estudo, and Sonho grande.

Desirable:

• Experience as a teacher in Ensino Fundamental - Anos Finais, Ensino Médio, and Militares;
• Experience with active methodologies and practices that stimulate learning;
