Branch Manager

Position summary

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and profitability. This role requires a seasoned professional with proven managerial experience in operations, warehouse management, financial control, and team leadership. The Branch Manager will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, implementing performance systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business activities.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage branch operations to achieve business objectives.

Oversee warehouse and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Develop, implement, and monitor operational procedures, KPIs, and performance systems.

Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.

Manage budgets, financial controls, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for branch staff.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and operational excellence.

Proven experience in operations management at a managerial level.

Strong background in warehouse and inventory management.

Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.

Solid expertise in financial management and budget control.

Hands-on managerial experience with direct responsibility for teams and business performance.

Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Experience in developing and implementing KPIs and monitoring systems.

Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results under pressure.

Language proficiency in Arabic and Kurdish (spoken and written).
