A business specialising in Earthmoving Machinery are looking for an Operations Manager to hold responsibility for of the running of the workshop, leading a team of engineers and ensuring a high standard of work is achieved.

Role: Operations Manager

Area: Ghana

The requirements of the Operations Manager will be:

Holding responsibility for facility Health & Safety Training and Development of engineers Monitoring profit & loss Ensuring a high standard of work is achieved at all times Supporting the business in achieving strategic growth, increased market share and continuous improvement to all areas of the business

The ideal candidate for Operations Manager will have:

Experience leading engineers and supporting their development with strong leadership skills Experience in a similar managerial role with an earthmoving dealer or manufacturer Hands on prior experience as an earthmoving machinery engineer Excellent communication skills Project management skills
