About the company

Do not come to Elis if you think an industrial project manager is content with just following schedules and deploying standardized solutions.

You will work within the Group's Industrial Projects Department, under the responsibility of the DAV and automation Industrial Projects Manager. You will ensure the management of projects related to Automated Clothing Dispensers (DAV) and Smart Distribution solutions, and support our clients in the deployment of innovative solutions adapted to their needs.

Your tasks

But if you love designing innovative solutions, supporting industrial clients in their transformation, managing technical projects from end to end, and deploying high-value-added technologies in the field, then this position is made for you.

Your main missions are as follows: You will be responsible for studying, designing, and proposing the Smart Distribution solutions best suited to the operational challenges of our clients in the industry, agri-food, and healthcare sectors. In close collaboration with the sales teams, you will analyze needs, define functional architectures, and perform the technical sizing of projects. To successfully carry out these missions, you will rely on decision-support tools and innovative technologies, notably artificial intelligence, in order to optimize the proposed solutions and support clients in their strategic and operational choices. You will also ensure the deployment of solutions on-site, from the installation phase to their commissioning. You will ensure the proper management of project documentation, guaranteeing its traceability and compliance. You will coordinate the various stakeholders, support clients in change management, and train users as well as local ELIS teams to guarantee project success and full client satisfaction. Depending on business needs, you may also intervene in projects conducted within the various ELIS factories.

Requirements

With an engineering background, you have solid knowledge of RFID technologies, computer networks, and connected systems. You master the management of technical projects integrating hardware, software, and computer interfaces. Your ability to coordinate various stakeholders, analyze technical issues, and support commissioning is an essential asset for succeeding in this role.

Other
