Event Sales Promoter and Commercial Animation (M/F)

To support the growth of our ICS (Industry, Commerce & Services) business, we are looking for someone capable of bringing our commercial dynamics to life among more than 800 sales representatives dedicated to prospecting new clients in 31 countries.

Boost commercial animations

-Design and manage commercial challenges that mobilize teams in France and internationally. Imagine innovative and engaging animation mechanics. Define regulations, rewards, and motivation schemes. Ensure the monitoring of results, analyze the performance of operations, and identify areas for improvement. Manage the platforms and tools dedicated to commercial animation in connection with partners and internal teams as part of the scale-up of sales force.

Animate and unite the commercial community

-Deploy engaging communication campaigns around key commercial periods. Highlight field successes and share best practices. Support regional teams and field representatives in the deployment of animations. Contribute to creating a motivating and engaging employee experience for our sales forces.

Create events

-Organize major commercial meetings: Roadshows, Club Elite, national challenges, and reward events. Coordinate service providers, internal teams, and various stakeholders. Manage logistics, budgets, and the progress of events. Participate in the evolution of commercial animation tools and systems. Leverage data and field feedback to improve the user experience.

-Be proactive in imagining the animations and events of tomorrow.

An annual fixed salary starting from 45K depending on profile. Multiple bonuses: profit-sharing and participation bonuses after 3 months of seniority, an employee savings scheme, and a seniority bonus after 1 year in the position.

Profile Description:

A graduate of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in commerce, communication, or marketing, you have 4 to 5 years of experience in commercial animation, internal communication, events, or project management. Dynamic, creative, and endowed with excellent writing and interpersonal skills, you love uniting teams around common goals and creating engaging experiences. Organized and rigorous, you know how to manage several projects simultaneously, manage budgets, analyze data, and transform your findings into concrete actions. You demonstrate autonomy, team spirit, and a strong sense of service. Curious about new digital tools, especially AI, you master communication tools and have a good level of English allowing you to evolve in an international environment.
