PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT/IMPROVEMENT PROJECT MANAGER (M/F)

At Elis, our Product Development & Improvement Project Managers play a key role in the performance and evolution of our sanitary offering. Reporting to the Sanitary Category Manager, you will join the Group Product Marketing Department and intervene across the entire product life cycle: continuous improvement, development, quality, certifications, and innovation.
On a daily basis, you will work in close collaboration with product managers, Quality teams, international suppliers, sales teams, and marketing referents from different countries within the Group.
Your main missions:
- Manage product improvement projects following field complaints or feedback from countries.
- Analyze problems encountered, identify causes, and coordinate action plans with suppliers.
- Follow the various stages of projects: tests, validations, industrialization, and market launch.
- Ensure reporting and monitoring of actions carried out with the various stakeholders.
- Guarantee the update of product data sheets and the compliance of the sanitary catalog.
- Manage the renewal of product certifications and labels (Cradle to Cradle, Ecolabels, etc.).
- Participate in the development of new solutions in connection with customer needs and business challenges.
- Support sales teams on technical subjects related to the ranges.
- Contribute to CSR projects aimed at improving the recyclability, reconditioning, and environmental performance of products.
- Ensure continuous monitoring of market innovations and trends.

- Graduate of higher education in Marketing/Business (Master's degree level, such as a business school or university training); you have already acquired significant experience of at least 3 to 5 years in project management, in a product, quality, or supplier relations environment, which is appreciated.
- Product knowledge: good understanding of products and their functioning, with a taste for field work and practical application.
- Organization: rigor, sense of priorities, and the ability to follow several projects in parallel.
- Interpersonal skills & pedagogy: ease in explaining a problem simply and working with various stakeholders.
- You have a very good level of English (reading, writing, and speaking), which is essential for interacting with our international teams.
