Your tasks

• Reporting & Evaluations: You create weekly and monthly reports and prepare relevant key figures in a clear and understandable manner.
• Budget & Forecast: You support the close coordination with branches and central functions during budget and forecast planning.
• Ad-hoc Analyses: Short-term data analyses and special evaluations provide management with a sound basis for decision-making.
• KPI Development: You contribute your ideas to the further development of controlling methods, metrics, and KPIs.
• Process Optimization: Existing reporting structures and controlling processes are continuously improved through your collaboration.
• Data Management: You carefully prepare large amounts of data and ensure a consistent and reliable data basis.

Requirements

• Studies: You are an enrolled student in an economics-related degree program, such as BWL or VWL, ideally with a focus on Controlling or Finance.
• Excel & MS Office: Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, for example with Pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis, distinguish you.
• SAP Knowledge: Initial experience with SAP is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• English Skills: Good English skills enable you to communicate confidently in writing and orally.
• Analytical Thinking: With your strong understanding of numbers, you quickly grasp complex relationships and derive meaningful insights from them.
• Way of Working & Soft Skills: A structured and careful way of working, strong communication skills, flexibility, and high self-motivation characterize you.
