Your tasks

• Strategic tender management: Plan and control innovative tenders for direct and indirect materials – including textiles, packaging and energy – as well as services. This is how you win the right partners for a long-term and successful cooperation.
• Negotiations on the international stage: Conduct contract and price negotiations with national and international suppliers and secure optimal purchasing conditions as well as sustainable cost advantages through your negotiation skills.
• Further develop the supplier portfolio: Monitor compliance with existing contracts and actively shape our supplier portfolio. With your eye for quality and partnerships, you create the basis for future-oriented procurement.
• Identify savings potential: Analyze procurement markets as well as supplier and product portfolios, recognize optimization opportunities and develop targeted measures for sustainable cost reduction.
• Optimize processes: Contribute your own ideas and continuously develop our purchasing processes to sustainably increase efficiency, transparency and profitability.
• Strategic sourcing: Open up new procurement markets, identify suitable suppliers and products and expand our supplier and product portfolio with innovative solutions.
• International cooperation: Work closely with our branches, sales and our international Headquarter in France and contribute to successful cross-departmental cooperation.

Your profile

• Education: A successfully completed degree in business administration or a commercial vocational training forms your professional foundation.
• Professional experience: You already bring several years of experience in strategic purchasing – ideally in the areas of textiles, energy or chemicals (cleaning agents).
• Analytical thinking: You analyze complex relationships confidently and derive sound decisions as well as sustainable optimization potential from them.
• MS Office skills: Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, is part of your daily work routine.
• SAP skills: Experience with SAP is an advantage and will support you in your daily work.
• English skills: In negotiations and international cooperation, you communicate fluently in spoken and written English.
• Personality: With assertiveness, a quick grasp of things and high decision-making strength, you drive topics forward independently.
