Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works at project sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards and timely project delivery through effective team management and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works at project sites to ensure timely and quality completion
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations, codes, and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment
• Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower efficiently to meet project deadlines
• Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems to verify quality and reliability
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to align project progress with timelines and requirements
• Prepare progress reports and update project documentation accurately and promptly

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical installation or supervision
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety practices to support effective supervision
• Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance
• Leadership skills to manage and motivate teams effectively
• Communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and coordinate with stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules at project sites
