CASH COLLECTOR

Accounts all renewing clients from the cashier every morning. Attend to any small issues and proper maintenance of issued motorcycle to mitigate bigger expenses in repairs. Surrenders and accounts with Cashier daily collection of payments from the clients. Coordinates with the Branch Manager, CI and Clerk as to the collection status, issues, update and activities of his clients. Making sure all signed loan documents are properly endorse to the cashier in the afternoon. Correctly recorded collection summary report is properly endorsed to the clerk in the afternoon. Ensure the total of your summary collection report will tally with your cash remittance to the cashier. Conducts daily fields visits to assigned businesses to do collection activities. Performs marketing activities in the field to maintain number of regular client’s quota and to add new clients’ acquisitions. Conducts follow up thru physical visit or phone calls on past-due and irregular accounts. Releasing loans to clients below 300k accounts. Making sure all releasing documents are signed completely and properly. Making sure all payments are properly and correctly written on collection summary report. Collecting at least 20 past due accounts a day or 520 accounts in a month.

Qualifications/Requirements: MALE 21 YRS OLD & ABOVE, HIGH SCHOOL/COLLEGE GRADUATE, COMPUTER LITERATE, HIGH INTEGRITY, WILLINGNESS TO LEARN, WITH DRIVER’S LICENSE. NO VICES, NO TATTOO
