Technical Product Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to drive process improvements, optimise manufacturing performance and support product development.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and technically skilled individual who enjoys problem-solving, continuous improvement and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical improvements to enhance product quality, efficiency and performance.
• Identify and deliver cost-saving and process improvement projects.
• Support new product development and technical innovation.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues and customer complaints.
• Analyse performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with Production, Quality, Engineering and Sales teams.
• Support product testing, raw material qualification and quality standards.

Skills & Experience:

• Degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Materials Science, Metallurgy, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a leading technical or similar role.
• Proven experience delivering technical projects and process improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis techniques, including RCCA, 8D and 5 Why.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.
