Machine Operator

Location: Brigg, DN20 Pay: £13.04 per hour – mornings | £15.04 per hour – afternoons

Working hours:

• Permanent morning shift: Monday–Friday, 6am–2pm
• Permanent afternoon shift: Monday–Thursday, 2pm–Midnight

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a well-established manufacturing business in Brigg who are looking to recruit Machine Operators to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Machine Operator who is technically minded, safety conscious and confident diagnosing and resolving machinery issues .

The Role:

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating production machinery safely and efficiently, maintaining quality standards and identifying issues throughout the manufacturing process.

You will be working within a clean room environment , so attention to detail, good housekeeping and following procedures are essential.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience operating manufacturing or production machinery
• A technically minded approach and good understanding of machinery
• The ability to diagnose problems and identify root causes
• Strong health & safety awareness
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• The ability to work within a clean room environment
• A reliable and consistent approach to work
• A willingness to learn and develop
