Demand & Supply Planner – Brough - £38,000 - £40,000 Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be supporting a rapidly growing business in Brough who are looking to recruit a Demand & Supply Planner to join their team. It’s a very exciting time to join as the business has recently expanded its operations overseas, and this newly created key role will play a huge part in supporting the business with influencing decisions and improving planning processes across the supply chain function.

The Role Developing and maintaining demand forecasts at SKU and channel level Analysing historical sales data, including trends, seasonality and promotions Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to refine forecasts Supporting new product launches and managing product phase-outs Creating supply plans aligned to demand, capacity and business objectives Monitoring inventory levels and recommending actions to reduce risk

The Person Strong analytical skills (MS Excel) with the ability to interpret data and trends Previous experience within a supply chain position Strong communication skills
