Responsibilities and duties Main activities: Draft, analyze, and review national and international contracts related to the acquisition of products, services, software, and equipment. Act in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, including telecommunications service provision, SVA, non-disclosure agreements (NDA), business partnerships, MVNO, among others. Draft and review legal instruments linked to real estate businesses, such as non-residential leasing, right of way, surface rights, and comodato. Issue legal opinions, notifications, and counter-notifications. Participate in meetings and provide legal support to various areas of the company. Support the development of strategic agreements and corporate projects. Monitor legislative, regulatory, and jurisprudential changes with potential impact on the company. Perform interface and monitoring of outsourced law firms. Support initiatives related to LGPD, Compliance, and Corporate Governance.
Requirements and qualifications Requirements: Completed Higher Education in Law. Active OAB. Solid experience in drafting, analyzing, and negotiating business contracts. Knowledge of Business Law and Real Estate Law. Knowledge of the regulation applied to the telecommunications sector (SCM, SMP, MVNO, RGC, and related). Advanced English.
