Purchasing Manager - metalworking or manufacturing

A leading company in the design, manufacture, and commercialization of storage systems for the industrial sector is looking for a Purchasing Manager to join its work team in Guadalajara.

We are looking for a professional with strategic vision, negotiation skills, and experience in industrial purchasing, capable of leading the national and international sourcing strategy, developing relationships with key suppliers, and generating efficiencies that contribute to the organization's growth.

Required profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial purchasing, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Mastery of negotiation with national and international suppliers.
• Knowledge of foreign trade, INCOTERMS, ERP, and advanced Excel.
• Advanced English.

Main responsibilities:

• Define and implement the comprehensive purchasing strategy.
• Lead corporate negotiations and strategic contracts.
• Manage supplier development and evaluation.
• Optimize costs, guarantee supply, and ensure the continuity of the supply chain.
• Supervise import processes and compliance with corporate policies.
