Management Associate (Elemen)

Oversee the daily operations of outlet for efficient operations Work closely with the Area Manager on strategic business planning and operations Develop cost-effective operational plan to achieve outlet’s goals Ensure good and prompt service to satisfy customers' needs Ensure outlet compliance to all authority regulations including but not limited to hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety guidelines Ensure outlet compliance to Company’s regulations such as sales reporting, cash management and inventory controls Train and retain outlet staff Manpower recruitment and scheduling to achieve optimal productivity Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock when needed Analyse and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner Regular review to improve cleaning standards, food safety and sanitation Perform any duties which may be assigned from time to time from superior

Requirements:

• Preferably with at least 1 year of F&B related experience in a supervisory role
• Able to multitask and perform in fast paced working environment
• Strong leadership quality with excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Good communication in verbal and written skills
• Able to work shift hours, weekends and Public Holiday (6 days a week)
