Methods and Industrialization Technician (M/F)
Job Description:
Elekto Industrie is a company specializing in the assembly of custom and specific electronic boards for demanding sectors such as aeronautics, defense, medical, and industry.
Part of the Alliance Electronics group, which is present in 4 countries with a turnover of 150 million euros and 1200 employees, Elekto is part of the group's growth dynamics with an agile and innovative mindset.
We are looking for a permanent contract (CDI) at our site in Andouillé in Mayenne (53).
Integrated within the Methods & Industrialization department, you will play a key role in the design and optimization of the tooling necessary for electronic production.
In this capacity, you will be required to:
- Design and develop production tooling (pressfit, fixtures, etc.)
- Manage the manufacturing of tooling through outsourcing and ensure follow-up
- Technically validate tooling before production launch
- Participate in quotes by evaluating needs and costing the tooling
- Provide technical support to the workshop and contribute to continuous improvement
- Be proactive in proposing optimizations for tooling and processes
- Study and implement workstations or production lines
- Create tooling via 3D printing (OrcaSlicer)
- Work in project mode with internal teams
You will also interact regularly with customers and suppliers, in a stimulating and evolving technical environment.
Training:
- Licence Conception de Produits Industriels,
- or equivalent training
Technical Skills:
- Mastery of SolidWorks
- Good mastery of IT tools
- Knowledge of automation would be a plus
- Knowledge of electronic manufacturing is appreciated
Languages:
- Professional English (reading, writing, speaking)

Remuneration
28 - 30 K€ gross annual fixed (depending on profile and experience) + Participation (Metallurgy collective agreement)
