Solutions Architecture Manager

What You'll Be Doing

Leads a team of Solutions Architects to design and deliver robust, scalable, and secure technology solutions that align with business goals

Ensures technical solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements and are aligned with the company’s enterprise architecture and technology strategy

Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and operations teams to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural designs

Oversee architectural governance and provide sign-offs for key architectural decisions

Evaluate new technologies and tools to support continuous improvement and innovation

What You'll Need

Strong proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Frameworks

Deep understanding of cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, APIs, database architecture, network, and system integration

AWS Certified Solutions Architect is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

8+ years of experience in solution architecture, software development, systems design, or enterprise architecture

2+ years in a managerial or team leadership role overseeing technical teams
