Clerical Support – E-shop & Digital Content

Electromed, a company active in the professional and industrial equipment sector, is looking for a new partner for its branch in Metamorfosi, Attica.

Position: Clerical Support – E-shop & Digital Content

The partner will be involved in:

• Clerical and administrative support
• Management and updating of the e-shop
• Uploading new products, photos, prices, and descriptions
• Photo editing and creation of simple promotional material
• Video editing for products, presentations, and social media
• Creation and posting of content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
• Support in the preparation of offers and commercial activities
• Telephone and electronic communication with customers and partners

Required Qualifications:

What we are looking for

• Very good use of PC and MS Office
• Familiarity with e-shop / WordPress or similar platforms
• Knowledge of video and image editing software (CapCut, Canva, Adobe or similar)
• Comfort with Social Media
• Good knowledge of English
• Organization, consistency, and willingness to learn
• Creativity and aesthetics in digital content

Previous experience in a similar position will be appreciated, but is not necessary if there is good knowledge of the above tools and a willingness to evolve.
