Coffee Planner (M/F)

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Planner's mission is to guarantee the availability of components, raw materials, and consumables necessary for production activities, while optimizing stock levels and associated costs. Acting as a true interface between suppliers and internal teams, he/she contributes to the continuity of operations by ensuring reliable, reactive, and efficient procurement.

YOUR MAIN MISSIONS

• Analyze procurement needs and manage supplier orders via the ERP.
• Ensure order tracking and monitor compliance with delivery deadlines.
• Follow up with suppliers and manage discrepancies related to price, quantity, lead times, or quality.
• Optimize procurement parameters (safety stocks, lead times, lot sizes, MOQ, etc.).
• Control receipts and ensure consistency between orders, deliveries, and invoices.
• Participate in controlling stock levels, managing inventories, and processing obsolete references.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, R&D, and Purchasing teams to anticipate needs and secure flows.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of supplier performance and procurement processes.
• Ensure administrative follow-up related to procurement, including supplier data management and associated documentation.

WHAT YOU NEED TO THRIVE

• Education: Bac to Bac+2/3 in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement Management, or Purchasing.
• A first experience in an industrial environment is appreciated, but motivated junior profiles are also welcome.
• Good mastery of office tools, particularly Excel, as well as ERP systems.
• Knowledge of inventory and procurement management principles (Kanban, Just-in-Time, safety stocks, etc.).
• Professional English level allowing for written and oral exchanges with international suppliers.
• Analytical skills, organizational sense, and rigor in priority management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, autonomy, and a service-oriented mindset.
• Reactivity and the ability to manage unforeseen events in a demanding industrial environment.
