Electrical Sales Engineer
About the company
Electro Power Egypt is a growing supplier of industrial automation, pneumatics, and electrical spare parts to factories across Egypt. We supply leading brands such as Festo, SMC, IFM, Pilz, Autonics, Delta, and Pepperl+Fuchs. As we expand, we’re looking for an Electrical Sales Engineer to join our team at our office in 10th of Ramadan City.
Your tasks
- Identify and develop new business with factories, plants, and industrial clients (maintenance, production, and purchasing departments)
- (sensors, PLCs, safety relays, pneumatic components, switchgear, etc.)
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations and follow up until the order closes
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers
- Find replacements and equivalents for obsolete or hard-to-find parts
- Coordinate with purchasing and logistics to make sure orders are delivered accurately and on time
- Follow up on collections with the accounts team
- Record customer activity, visits, and opportunities in the company CRM
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Track market trends and competitor activity, and report regularly to management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power, Control, or Electronics)
- 1–3 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in automation or electrical components (fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and a sales mindset are welcome)
- Good technical understanding of industrial automation: sensors, PLCs, drives, pneumatics, and control panels
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good command of English (reading datasheets and catalogs, writing emails)
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Results-driven, organized, and able to work independently
