Store Manager Electrical Supplies - Lighting (areas: north/south/center)

Our company Roumeliotis Electrical, with many years of presence in the electrical supplies & lighting sector with 13 physical stores in Greece, is looking for a Store Manager with the following responsibilities: Ensuring the highest possible level of customer service Development & management of the customer base Achievement of the store's financial & administrative goals Investigation of customer needs and offering integrated solutions Communication with customers and resolution of any problems Required Qualifications: University/TEI Graduate in Economics or Electrical Engineer Ability to organize and manage a team Dynamic and communicative character Ability to manage multiple tasks and make decisions Analytical thinking & team spirit At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a retail store Very good knowledge of PC and Ms Office suite Very good knowledge of the English language Benefits: Fixed monthly salary Full insurance coverage Continuous training on product subject matter and sales techniques Prospects for personal growth within a dynamically growing work environment Friendly and pleasant work environment
