The hotel chain Electra Hotels & Resorts, with a presence in Athens, Thessaloniki, Rhodes, and Kefalonia, is strengthening its team and is seeking staff for the expanding Electra Kefalonia Hotel & Spa, ahead of the 2027 summer season for the position:

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in 5* hotels
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Strong spirit of cooperation and teamwork
• Friendly, proactive, and dynamic personality
• Flexibility and ability to organize in demanding environments
• Good knowledge of the English language (knowledge of additional foreign languages will be appreciated)

The compensation for the position is determined based on the current Sectoral Collective Labor Agreement for employees in hotel businesses throughout the country, depending on the specialty, recognized previous experience, and prescribed allowances. The specific initial gross remuneration will be communicated to the candidate before the interview.
