*Perform preventive maintenance (PM) according to the established maintenance schedule. *Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control system failures of Wave solder, radial, and Axial machines. *Conduct machine set-up, calibration, and adjustment to ensure optimum machine performance.
- Monitor machine condition and recommend corrective actions to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
*Respond promptly to equipment downtime and restore machine operation with minimal prodution interruption. *Inspect, clean, lubricate, and replace worn or defective machine parts.
Qualifications/Requirements: *Graduate of Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, ?Industrial Technology, or a related technical course. *At least 1-3 years of maintenance experience in electronics manufacturing is preferred.
