Quality Specialist / Quality Management in Industry (M/F)

We are counting on you to

• Handle non-conformities (recording, root cause analysis, implementation of curative and corrective actions) for the 3 production sites
• Inform sales and customers of the actions taken following a recorded non-conformity
• Convey customer sensitivity to cell managers and the quality facilitator
• Ensure that "process" controls are carried out and comply with expectations
• Perform quality audits
• Lead working groups for quality improvement in production
• Act as the back-up for the quality facilitator
• Write reports and findings following the various activities performed
• Be proactive in proposing improvements for the quality of manufactured products and associated documentation
• You have a good knowledge of mechanics and blueprint reading
• You have a good mastery of production machines
• You have a culture of customer satisfaction
• You are comfortable with IT tools (office software / ERP)
• You demonstrate pedagogy, rigor, and good teamwork skills
• You are familiar with root cause analysis methods
• You master audit techniques
• You have basic English
