Pricing and Control Officer

The company's site in Holon requires a Pricing and Control Economist for the division's finance team and for significant financial activity in a leading security organization, with broad exposure to complex business processes and work with leading entities in Israel and the world.

As part of the role:

• Responsibility for all pricing aspects of the division and the daily operation of the pricing system
• Responsibility, control, and analysis of the labor rate in the division's companies, including salary forecasts and effective hours analysis
• Responsibility and control over managing the material loading process in the company and variance analysis
• Leading the audit of the company's pricing and cost structure against external entities, including the Ministry of Defense
• Monitoring and managing rates against US government entities (DCAA) and European entities (Boeing, Lockheed, etc.)
• Data analysis and providing economic and business insights
• Participation in quarter-closing processes – inventory, loadings, rates, material and labor variances, and provisions for obsolete inventory
• Guidance and professional support to financial managers in the business units regarding cost analysis, inventory, and financial issues

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics
• Master's degree - an advantage
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent analytical ability
• High proficiency in Excel
• High level of English
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Ability to lead initiatives independently, fast learning ability, and the ability to work under pressure
