Business Financial Manager

The company's site in BIK'AYAM requires a Business Financial Manager

Job Description:

• Financial management and support for projects, building financial forecasts and budgets for projects, and performance monitoring (in aspects of sales, collections, new orders, costs, and profit)
• Working in interfaces with managers in the organization and against subsidiaries, planning vs. execution controls
• Routine work and coordination with many interfaces in the organization – program managers, production, engineering, procurement, construction, and management of project budgets in the business unit in aspects of sales, costs, cash flow, project budgetary risk management, identification of deviations, and providing recommendations for improvement
• Building forecasts for projects and monitoring actual performance against the budget and forecast

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics / Industrial Engineering and Management
• Master's degree is an advantage
• At least three years of experience in building financial forecasts and budgetary control
• High analytical ability, precision and independence, initiative, ability to work under pressure, business understanding and thinking
• Good level of English
• High accessibility to information systems (mainly Office applications and ERP)
• Teamwork and cooperation, fast and independent learning ability
• Ability to motivate and coordinate various interfaces
