Customer Success Team Lead
The company's site in Modi'in is looking for a Customer Success Team Lead. This is your opportunity to lead a central team that is at the heart of business and operational activity, and to directly influence the customer experience, service quality, and the success of activities with customers in Israel and worldwide. As part of the role
- Management, mentoring, and professional development of the Customer Success team
- Responsibility for service quality and technical and logistical response to customers throughout the product lifecycle
- Task prioritization, workload management, and monitoring of execution and closing the loop
- Management of exceptional events with customers and internal interfaces
- Leading interfaces with Program Managers, ILS, Engineering, Production Control, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and Import/Export
- Monitoring performance, tasks, fixes, and service activities
- Leading process improvement, standardization, and knowledge sharing within the team
- Promoting a proactive approach to identifying needs, barriers, and risks with the customer
Requirements
- Experience in managing and leading a team of employees
- Experience working in a technological or industrial environment and managing multiple interfaces
- Experience in the fields of After Sales, ILS, or Customer Support - an advantage
- Familiarity with UAV systems - an advantage
- Experience working with ERP or CRM systems - an advantage
- High level of English
- Ability to motivate employees and interfaces, high service consciousness, systemic vision, and the ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
