Operations Manager

A senior Operations Manager is required for a subsidiary of Elbit in Jerusalem

Areas of responsibility within the role:

• Supply of the company's products
• The overall supply chain, including procurement, production planning and control (PPC), warehouse, and logistics
• The company's production and testing systems
• The computing system, including IT, ERP, and information security
• Maintenance and upgrading of the company's infrastructures
• Management of security aspects and responsibility for emergency activity

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in the field of engineering (Electronics Engineering – advantage)
• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, MBA – advantage
• Previous and proven experience in an operational management role in a technological/industrial company or a similar role
• Experience in managing a team/department/system of more than 25 employees
• Proven experience in contract management and negotiation
• Familiarity with electronic components and boards, mechanics, and testing systems
• Good familiarity with military aerospace electronic manufacturing standards MILSTD, IPC, 9100AS
• Good familiarity with computing infrastructures and information systems
• Very high level of English
