Job Description:

Performing procurement of cables, electronic components, and assemblies for the division's activities Working with suppliers and subcontractors- Executing contracts, engagements, and managing work processes with subcontractors and internal supporting interfaces Responsibility for the production and fulfillment of orders until delivery in accordance with project needs and internal customers Performing sourcing processes and optimization of the supplier base Building and managing a work plan with relevant contractors in accordance with the division's needs and the organization's business strategies Performing monitoring of deliveries from suppliers in Israel and abroad and managing the order portfolio, including updating delivery dates for items and dynamic updating of order changes Identifying new suppliers and managing existing suppliers Meeting periodic and annual targets and metrics as required from time to time by the Procurement Manager

Requirements:

• Academic degree
• 6 years of experience or more in local and global procurement of cables, assemblies, and electronic components
• Proven knowledge and experience in contract, commercial, and logistical management of subcontractors in the electronics manufacturing field
• Experience in supporting projects from the development stage to serial production, familiarity with relevant quality requirements, recognition and understanding of manufacturing technologies
• Familiarity with leading suppliers and subcontractors in Israel and the world
• Ability to conduct negotiations, Sourcing, managing tasks in parallel, finding professional and creative solutions
• High service orientation
• Proficiency in Office, high-level knowledge in Excel
• High expression ability in English, oral and written
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Highly motivated, initiative, flexibility, innovation, and professionalism
• Willingness to travel between company sites and contractor sites
• Good interpersonal skills, communicativeness, and representativeness
• Ability to work in a team and in cooperation
• High functioning ability in high-pressure situations and Multitasking
