Technical Writer & Instructor

For the company's site in Haifa, a professional Instructor is required to work as part of a team that leads training for customers in Israel and abroad on the company's products - advanced technological systems in the defense world

In this role, you have the opportunity to directly influence how customers know, understand, and operate the systems, and to be the professional face of the organization before diverse audiences. If you love transferring knowledge, standing before an audience, and turning complex technological content into something accessible and interesting - this position is for you

Within the role

• Development of training content and curricula for the company's customers
• Delivering frontal, theoretical, and practical training on advanced technological systems
• Writing technical literature and training documents in Hebrew and English
• Understanding and analyzing systems as a basis for building training materials
• Working with diverse interfaces - development teams, engineering, and customers in Israel and abroad

Graduate of Electrical Engineering or Electronics Technician

• Experience in theoretical and practical training of technological systems
• High level of English
• Military service in an instructor role in a technical school of the Air Force, Navy, or Armament in electronics professions - an advantage
• Knowledge of the UAV world, aircraft avionics systems, or radar and communication systems - an advantage
• Willingness to travel abroad
• Ability to stand before an audience, excellent interpersonal skills, self-learning ability, and initiative
