Reinforcement Learning Researcher

In this role you will:

• Develop decision-making algorithms for a variety of platforms and projects, from concept through deployment
• Participate in research and development activities focused on next-generation decision-making methods
• Build algorithmic infrastructure that supports scalable and production-grade algorithm development
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and research teams to deliver innovative AI-based capabilities
• Take part in the development of autonomous systems and advanced operational solutions

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a relevant thesis, preferably in Reinforcement Learning
• At least 3 years of experience developing algorithms, preferably in decision-making domains
• Strong knowledge of Reinforcement Learning
• Solid knowledge of Deep Learning and PyTorch
• High proficiency in Python
• Experience working with AI-enhanced development tools and workflows
• Knowledge of planning algorithms and combinatorial optimization
• Experience with Foundation Models such as LLMs and VLMs
