LITHIUM DE FRANCE, created in 2020, and a subsidiary of the ARVERNE group, is a mission-driven company pioneering sustainable lithium extraction and geothermal heat production in Northern Alsace.

With a team of over 80 multidisciplinary experts, its ambition is to accelerate the energy transition by providing decarbonized heat to companies, farmers, and local authorities, while producing lithium essential for industrial batteries.

Through innovative and environmentally friendly processes, Lithium de France enhances the resources of the Alsatian subsoil while preserving local ecosystems, thereby strengthening French and European energy sovereignty.

At the dawn of a strategic industrial project and in a context of industrial scale-up, LITHIUM DE FRANCE is looking for its Project Management Officer (PMO) M/F.

MISSIONS

The guarantor and driver of good project governance, reporting directly to General Management, you will ensure compliance with Quality, Cost, and Deadline (QCD) commitments and translate strategic ambitions into operational successes.

• Management framework: You will define and deploy project management standards (methodologies, tools, processes) and the documentary frameworks common to all departments.
• QCD-RO Steering: You will build and lead the monitoring frameworks for Quality, Costs, Deadlines, and the proactive management of risks and opportunities.
• Management: You will lead and develop a Planning Engineer by cultivating their business ownership.
• Steering tools: You will implement the information systems and dashboards necessary for the consolidated monitoring of activities.
• Milestone tracking: You will ensure rigorous monitoring of project progress and produce KPIs and summaries for General Management.
• Decision support: You will prepare strategic arbitration files, integrating impact analyses on the critical path and ROI.
• Cross-functional animation: You will collaborate with Directors and department heads to streamline the flow of information and supervise the Planning Manager.

PROFILE

M/F, with higher education (Master's degree) from an Engineering or Business School, specializing in Project Management and with proven experience (10 years+) as a PMO or Project Steering Manager within complex industrial environments (energy, infrastructure, mining, oil, chemistry, ...).

• Systemic vision and the ability to combine global issues with critical details.
• Leadership and the ability to unite high-level stakeholders.
• Rigor, synthesis skills, and diplomacy to challenge while remaining a trusted partner.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Proficiency in planning software (MS Project, Primavera) and BI/Reporting tools and the Office suite.
• PMP or PRINCE2 type certification preferred.
