Operations and Infrastructure Team Manager.

Looking for a managerial role with broad responsibility, technological activity, and work in a global environment? Elad Systems is recruiting an Operations and Infrastructure Team Manager.

The role includes managing and leading IT teams in Israel and abroad, responsibility for the availability of systems and telecommunications infrastructure, incident management and meeting SLA targets, supervision of computing projects, implementation of workflows, and management of professional interfaces. The role includes business trips to overseas representative offices. Full-time position in Jerusalem, in a hybrid format.

Relevant Education – Mandatory

• 4 years or more of experience in the technological field – Mandatory
• Experience in managing a technological team – Mandatory
• Significant knowledge in Windows Server – Mandatory
• Experience in an organizational environment with over 1,000 users – Mandatory
• Knowledge and experience in communication and cipher systems – Mandatory
• High level of English – Mandatory
• Willingness to travel for work abroad – Mandatory
• Ability for self-learning, high service orientation, and ability to work in a team – Mandatory
• Experience in planning, installation, and deployment of communication infrastructures – Advantage
