PC Technician

Elad Systems is recruiting a PC Technician! The role includes providing maintenance and support services for all end-user equipment, identifying and troubleshooting computing faults, installing equipment at organizational sites, providing initial and direct responses to problems and faults, maintaining communication rooms, and updating end-user equipment in inventory systems, and more. Full-time position, in Jerusalem. Relevant education – mandatory; PC Technician certificate or higher – mandatory; 4 years of experience or more in the field of computing support and end-user equipment maintenance – mandatory; comprehensive knowledge and control of end-user equipment, including computers, printers, scanners, monitors, and multimedia systems – mandatory; excellent command of operating systems and Office applications – mandatory; ability to read and understand technical English at a high level – mandatory.
