Your tasks

Job Description Monitoring, operation, and control of critical enterprise computing systems Identification and investigation of faults in control and monitoring systems Characterization of the fault, understanding the implications, and activating the relevant parties for handling Dissemination of regular updates and reports to customers and employees of the technology division Accompanying and managing technological events from the identification stage until the closing of the handling Working in a dynamic and multi-interface environment

Requirements

Requirements At least two years of experience in a NOC / System team – Mandatory Experience working in a large organization (hundreds of users and up) – Mandatory Knowledge of Windows operating systems – Mandatory Knowledge of communication protocols – Mandatory Experience working with monitoring systems and investigating systemic faults – Mandatory Experience in log investigation and analysis – Mandatory Good level of English – Mandatory Familiarity with VMware, Active Directory, Citrix, Linux, databases, and cloud services – Significant advantage
