International Market Expansion & B2B Sales: Develop and execute export business plans, opening new B2B distribution channels with European supermarket chains, regional wholesalers, and fresh produce importers across the EU, UK, GCC, and Asia.

Commercial Contract Negotiation & Pricing: Establish seasonal pricing strategies, negotiate annual supply programs and spot contracts, and execute commercial terms adhering to Incoterms (CIF, FOB, CFR) and international payment structures (LC, CAD).

Perishable Cold Chain & Reefer Logistics: Oversee multimodal temperature-controlled shipping (ocean reefer containers, air freight); partner with premier shipping lines and freight forwarders to optimize freight rates, transit times, and cold-chain integrity.

Export Documentation & Phytosanitary Compliance: Ensure full regulatory adherence for international agricultural consignments, securing export permits, Phytosanitary certificates, EUR.1, GlobalG.A.P. certificates, and Egyptian customs export documentation (Nafeza platform).

Packinghouse Alignment & Harvest Scheduling: Collaborate closely with Farm Managers and Packhouse Operations to align export sales orders with harvest windows, fruit sizing, grading standards, and customized retail packaging specs.

Customer Relationship Management & Claims Resolution: Manage key client relationships; review arrival quality inspection reports, proactively resolve transit quality claims, and implement customer feedback loops for continuous packing improvements.

Trade Fair Representation & Brand Positioning: Lead Teriak Group's presence at major international fresh produce expos (e.g., Fruit Logistica Berlin, Fruit Attraction Madrid, Gulfood Dubai) to secure contracts and enhance corporate brand stature.

Market Intelligence & Commodity Price Tracking: Monitor global market trends, competitor production volumes, exchange rates, and international crop seasons to capitalize on optimal market windows and dynamic pricing opportunities.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Experience: 7 to 10 years of proven international B2B export sales experience specifically within fresh produce (citrus, table grapes, strawberries, onions, pomegranate, or fresh vegetables).

Network & Market Knowledge: Established network of active fresh produce importers, retailers, and distributors across Europe, the United Kingdom, and the GCC region.

Trade & Logistics Competencies: In-depth understanding of perishable cold-chain logistics, reefer container mechanics, maritime logistics, Incoterms 2020, and international trade finance.

Languages & Communication: Native Arabic and fluent business English (written and verbal); proficiency in additional European languages (French, German, or Spanish) is an advantage.

Analytical & Negotiation Acumen: Strong commercial negotiation skills, financial literacy in export margin calculations, and proficiency in ERP and CRM platforms.
