Paper Technical Assistance Technician (M/F)
Within a leading chemical company in the manufacturing and processing of water-soluble polymers (polyacrylamides), you will join an expert team that works closely with customers, supporting subsidiaries and sales teams. Your daily routine will alternate between trials in our application laboratories and interventions at customer sites in the paper industry in France and internationally. Your main missions will consist of ensuring rigorous technical monitoring and guaranteeing the effectiveness of the proposed solutions. Your responsibilities are structured around the following activities:
- Provide technical support to customers and subsidiaries in France and abroad,
- Perform trials of equipment and products related to the papermaking activity,
- Participate in the startup and monitoring of products at customer sites,
- Follow up on projects in coordination with R&D laboratories, sales, and engineering,
- Analyze performance and propose technical adjustments,
- Contribute to the training of internal teams, subsidiaries, distributors, and customers,
- Write technical reports and ensure the traceability of trials.
- Frequent travel, representing approximately two to three weeks per month, in France and internationally.
Profile sought:
- Ideally with a Bac +2/+3 degree in synthetic chemistry, the candidate enjoys technical field work and direct contact with industrial teams.

- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Strong interpersonal skills and a sense of customer service
- Rigor in monitoring trials and writing reports
- Operational English to evolve in an international context
- Autonomy in organizing travel and interventions
- Driver's license and personal vehicle indispensable to carry out the missions.

Contract: CDI 35h 13th month + various bonuses + meal vouchers + health insurance + profit-sharing/incentive schemes
