Visual Presentation Coordinator - Interlomas

Join the El Palacio de Hierro Interlomas family as a Visual Presentation Coordinator, where you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and supervising the Visual Presentation strategy for the Softlines areas, ensuring the correct implementation of campaigns, displays, styling, marketing, and corporate guidelines in-store.

REQUISITOS:

• Incomplete or completed Bachelor's degree in Diseño gráfico, diseño de moda, diseño textil, estilismo, marketing y negocio de moda.
• Work experience: 1 year of experience in similar positions. Specialized knowledge in Visual Merchandising, Styling de Moda, Mercadeo, Gestión de Espacios Comerciales, Comunicación Visual y Desarrollo de Equipos.
• English: Basic

FUNCIONES:

• Lead, coordinate, and develop the team of Auxiliares de Presentación Visual, establishing priorities, assigning activities, and supervising the execution of projects, setups, and campaigns.
• Analyze information and detect opportunities for improvement in displays, commercial spaces, and customer experience, developing visual proposals aligned with corporate guidelines (guides and manuals).
• Implement and supervise compliance with current Manuales y Guías de Presentación Visual, coordinating the execution of campaigns, promotions, and special displays in the Softlines areas.
• Responsible for executing and supervising mannequin styling according to current campaigns and guidelines, performing image updates and refreshes that incorporate trends, inspirations, and corporate directives.
• Perform daily walkthroughs in the Softlines areas to identify and correct deviations in visual presentation, ensuring correct display, marketing, and availability of merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain constant and effective communication with Dirección, Gerencia, and the sales floor, ensuring correct alignment and execution of visual strategies in-store.
