REQUISITOS:
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism or Tourism Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales and service, CRM databases.
- Schedule availability.
- Advanced English (Conversational indispensable).

FUNCIONES:
- Support with translations for customers who require it during their stay in the store.
- Inform customers about places of interest within the store's area of influence.
- Inform about brands, items, departments, promotions, special services, and events within the store in order to communicate all services provided in-store.
- Schedule appointments with restaurants, beauty salons, personal Shopper, and sales floor, based on the customer's needs and profile, either via telephone or email, creating a bond between the customer and EPH.
- Channel and correctly accompany customers with the sales floor staff, in order to activate a service and/or product.
- Ensure and maintain relationships with all store areas, as well as create synergy with the concierge area in nearby hotels to strengthen bonds.
