We are looking for

A bachelor’s degree in English or a related subject

PGCE, QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

4–5+ years of successful teaching experience

Experience teaching the British Curriculum - Edexcel IGCSE/AS/A Levels

A proven record of strong examination results

Excellent classroom management and communication skills

Confidence in using technology to enhance learning

A flexible, collaborative approach and genuine passion for inspiring young people
