Total Quality Manager – Fresh Citrus & Fruits

- Lead the overall Quality Management System across farms, packhouses, cold stores, and export operations.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and international food safety & quality standards.
- Establish and monitor quality standards for fresh citrus and fruits from harvesting through packing and shipment.
- Supervise quality inspection of incoming fruits, sorting, grading, packing, storage, and container loading.
- Ensure effective traceability, product identification, and cold-chain control throughout the supply chain.
- Lead and maintain certifications such as GLOBALG.A.P., HACCP, GRASP, ISO 22000, BRCGS, and other customer-specific requirements, as applicable.
- Manage internal, customer, certification, and supplier audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
- Monitor pesticide residue requirements, product specifications, quality parameters, and export-market requirements.
- Manage customer complaints, rejections, non-conformities, root cause analysis, and CAPA.
- Develop and monitor Quality KPIs, reports, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead, train, and develop the Quality team across farms and packing operations.
- Work closely with Farming, Production, Packing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Export teams to prevent quality issues and reduce waste.
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Food Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Management, preferably within fresh fruits, citrus, agriculture, or export packhouses.
- Strong hands-on experience with fresh produce quality, post-harvest handling, grading, packing, and cold chain.
- Strong knowledge of international export requirements, particularly EU & GCC markets.
- Proven experience in managing audits, certifications, quality teams, and customer requirements.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Very good command of English.
