Your tasks
- Manage all shipping and export logistics operations from order confirmation to final delivery.
- Coordinate with Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders, Customs Brokers, and Transporters.
- Handle Export Documentation: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL, Certificates, and other required documents.
- Ensure timely booking of containers, vessel schedules, stuffing, and shipment dispatch.
- Monitor shipping costs and negotiate rates with logistics service providers.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian customs regulations and international shipping requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Export, Warehouse, Production, Finance, and Quality teams.
- Track shipments and resolve delays, claims, demurrage, and detention issues.
- Manage and develop the shipping team and improve logistics efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in Shipping / Export Logistics.
- Strong experience in Agriculture, Fresh Produce, Frozen Food, Food & Beverage, or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of Sea Freight, Container Shipping, Export Documentation & Customs.
- Experience dealing with international shipping lines and freight forwarders.
- Very good English communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
