IT Security Head

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, PCs, printers, and other IT equipment.

Ensure the availability and stability of ERP systems and business applications, and coordinate with vendors when required.

Supervise the IT Support Team and ensure timely resolution of users’ technical issues across the factory.

Monitor network performance, internet connectivity, access points, and basic network security.

Manage user accounts, access permissions, email systems, antivirus, and software installations.

Ensure regular data backup and follow up on backup status and recovery procedures.

Manage IT assets, licenses, maintenance contracts, and external IT service providers.

Prepare IT reports, maintenance plans, and budgets, and support the implementation of IT projects and improvements.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

7+ years of IT experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong experience in Infrastructure, Networking, Servers, ERP, and IT Support.

Preferably based in Sadat City, Menoufia, or Behera.
