Head of Admissions

El Alsson British & American International School is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Admissions to lead the school's admissions department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing admissions strategies, managing the admissions team, ensuring an outstanding experience for prospective families, and achieving the school's enrollment targets. Lead and manage the Admissions Department to ensure efficient daily operations.

Develop and implement admissions strategies to achieve annual enrollment targets.

Oversee the entire admissions process from initial inquiry through student enrollment.

Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current families.

Monitor admissions data, prepare reports, and analyze enrollment trends.

Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Finance, Academic, and Registrar teams to support student recruitment and retention.

Organize admissions events, school tours, open days, and recruitment activities.

Review and improve admissions policies, procedures, and communications.

Train, coach, and evaluate the admissions team to maintain high performance.

Ensure compliance with school policies and relevant educational regulations.

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field (Masters degree is an advantage).

Previous experience in an international school is highly preferred.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet enrollment targets.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
