Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sourcing & Procurement: Lead the identification, evaluation, and selection of suppliers, ensuring alignment with company objectives and quality standards.

Vendor Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring consistent performance.

Negotiation & Contract Management: Expertly negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve optimal value and cost savings without compromising quality or delivery.

Logistics & Inventory Optimization: Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline inbound supply chains, manage inventory levels efficiently, and minimize carrying costs.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new suppliers, products, and industry trends, providing insights for strategic decision-making.

Cost Reduction Initiatives: Proactively identify and implement strategies to reduce procurement costs, improve efficiency, and enhance profitability.

Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulations, mitigating supply chain risks.

Bachelor of commerce (English section)

A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management roles.

Proven track record of successful vendor negotiations and contract management.

Demonstrated ability to achieve cost savings and improve supply chain efficiency.

Skills That Set You Apart: Exceptional proficiency in Logistics, Procurement, and Purchasing principles and practices.

Strong command of Supply Chain Management methodologies and best practices.

Expertise in Vendor Management and building robust supplier relationships.

Outstanding Negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure favorable terms.

Solid understanding of Contract Management and legal aspects of procurement.

Experience with Inventory Management and optimization techniques.

A strategic mindset for Strategic Sourcing and identifying new opportunities.

Demonstrated success in Cost Reduction initiatives.

Familiarity with various ERP Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly advantageous.
