EKOM-AIR GmbH is a family-run medium-sized company with over 25 years of experience in the field of oil-free compressed air technology. From our location in Ahrensburg, we serve customers from a wide variety of industries and deliver over 1,000 custom compressors worldwide every year.

In order to continue providing our customers with the best service and to further expand our sales network in the future, we are looking for a dedicated

Sales Manager (m/f/d)

for our team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Product demonstrations and training for existing and new customers
• New customer acquisition and customer care for existing sales partners
• Acting as a speaker at customer-side product training, trade fairs, and sales events
• Transparent working methods and close communication within your own sales team

Your Qualifications:

• Professional experience in technical sales and in building professional customer relationships
• If possible, industry experience in the field of compressed air technology
• Strong ability to identify new business opportunities, increase turnover, and gain market share
• Very good presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and respectfully within a team
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Good written and spoken English skills
