Chief Financial Officer

Job Description:

1. Responsibility for the economic and financial agenda of the company, management and leadership of the company's finance department
2. Co-participation in the application of company guidelines and internal regulations, control of the correctness of documents within the scope of the finance department's processed agenda.
3. Ensuring, recording, and controlling the company's financing agenda. Preparation of the annual plan, including its breakdown. Preparation of economic result forecasts and their comparison with the annual plan.
4. Responsibility for the accuracy of accounting statements
5. Responsibility for the accounting of internal company costs and management of the company's cash flows.
6. Reporting to the General Manager on the state of the company's economy, providing statements on the company's financial results, and preparing comparative analyses.
7. Providing documentation for the preparation of the consolidated financial statements.

Requirements:

1. We require communicative knowledge of the English and Chinese languages for the purpose of communicating with the group and the company's directors
2. At least higher professional education, an economics field is an advantage
3. Experience in a financial management position is an advantage
